Prices & Discounts
Mayan's Secret Bulk prices are manufacturer direct with a very small mark up for us to manage the order. This “no frills” pricing model means Mayan's Secret Bulk prices are exempt from coupons, sales, free gifts and promotions.
Price Changes
Manufacturers have the right to change product costs without notice. As we receive a notice of product cost changes, Mayan's Secret Bulk product prices will change accordingly.
Free Shipping
Mayan's Secret Bulk prices have Free Shipping in the 48 contiguous United States.
Product ETA Communications
One Business day after you order a Mayan's Secret Bulk product your ETA will be displayed on the order detail page within your account order history. These dates are updated as we receive them from the transit companies.
Pallet, Drum & Very Large Orders
Pallet, drum and very large orders will ship free per policy outlined above to a commercial loading dock. Commercial deliveries with no loading dock will have a $60 lift gate fee applied to the order. Residential, Farm and Limited Access Commercial Properties will have a $70 surcharge and $60 lift gate fee applied to the order. If inside delivery is required, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
Each freight order will have a $10 wood pallet fee for each pallet used to ship the order.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full before we can process the order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Lead-Times
To keep prices as low as possible, we will pull from our stock inventory and ship the order.
Canceled Mayan's Secret Bulk Orders
Since Mayan's Secret Bulk sizes are special orders, all canceled orders will have a 50% cancelation fee.
